Meditation has been scientifically proven to lower blood pressure, increase energy, reduce insomnia, lesson  depression, and provide the ongoing means to live a more fulfilled and stress-free life.
Explore the various styles of meditation with an expert who has over 35 years experience teaching people just like you. This class will provide you with the direct experience of your own inner source of creativity, health, and contentment.  You will learn a different technique each week which you can then use on your own. All are welcome, from first-timers to advanced students.
